Our impact

Where responsibility drives real change

We believe impact should be measurable, meaningful and felt where it matters most: in better health outcomes for people and communities.

Through our commitment to people, communities and the planet, we take responsibility for the role we play, shaping healthcare systems that are more sustainable, inclusive and resilient.

We’re a proud B Corp

Impact only matters if it leads to meaningful change.

That’s the thinking behind the B Corp movement; that businesses must be part of the solution to the world’s biggest challenges.

As a Certified B Corporation®, we are independently assessed against recognised standards, holding us to account for how we operate and the decisions we make.

Our ESG framework brings this to life, embedding responsibility into everyday decisions and ensuring we follow through on our commitments.

For our clients, that means working with a partner who brings transparency, accountability and long-term thinking into every project, supporting solutions that stand up to scrutiny deliver lasting results and sustainable solutions.

We’ve proudly held our B Corp™ certification since 2023, which reflects our commitment to considering the impact of every decision on all our stakeholders, our people, our partners, our communities, and the environment. Being a B Corp–accredited organisation reinforces our belief that business should be a force for good, and it strengthens our focus on delivering responsible, meaningful work that supports our mission to shape the future of healthcare.

Our impact

Putting people at the heart of what we do

We believe better health outcomes start with people.

That applies to the systems we help shape and the way we operate as a business.

We actively promote equality, diversity and inclusion through our Equality Diversity & Inclusion Working Group, helping shape our culture, policies and decision-making. This strengthens the way we think, challenge and design solutions for our clients.

We invest in learning and development through CPD and shared learning, ensuring our teams continue to grow and bring informed, evidence-based insight into every project.

Beyond our work, we support the communities we serve through fundraising and charitable initiatives, creating opportunities to give back and make a positive difference.

The Archus Square Gain team has consistently provided high-quality deliverables on programme and is always ready and happy to help. Their professionalism, technical carbon skills and enthusiasm are complemented by their early assimilation of the complexities of NHS blood and Transplant, and quick understanding has to be commended. The team have engaged across all our NHSBT Directorates and developed a Strategy and accompanying Action Plan that is owned and embedded across our organisation

Fit for the future

Sustainability and the planet

We recognise the connection between the environment, climate change and long‑term health.

Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out clear actions to reduce our environmental footprint and support more sustainable ways of working, both within our own operations and through the advice we provide to clients. We are supported in this by our sustainability partner, Square Gain, who work with us to strengthen our approach to carbon reduction, climate resilience and responsible decision‑making.

By considering carbon, energy use and long‑term environmental impact from the outset, we aim to support health systems that are resilient, responsible and fit for the future.
